Lifting points for lifting technology
Our lifting points are ideal for safely connecting lifting equipment such as cranes, hangers or other lifting gear and loads. They connect the load to the corresponding lifting equipment when lifting, moving, turning and turning loads.

The selection of the right anchor point depends on the desired degree of flexibility, as a distinction is made between fixed, swivel and pivotable variants. Rigid anchor points are fixed and cannot be moved, while pivoting and swivel anchor points can be aligned in the direction of pull and are therefore more flexible.
Areas of application for our lifting points
The selection of the correct lifting point depends on the weight of the load, the number of anchor points, the installation system and possible load capacity reductions. In principle, single lifting points can be used in the following areas:

PPE anchor points are a central component of personal protective equipment in fall protection systems and are used to protect people from falling when working at height or to catch them safely in the event of a fall. They take on the role of anchor points, but are specially designed for people.
Our lifting points meet the requirements
Lifting points must meet the highest requirements to ensure safe use when lifting loads or for fall protection. For this reason, we at Globus Hebetechnik only use high-quality, resilient materials and offer products in tested quality classes. The load-bearing capacity and safety of the lifting points are regulated by the following standards and regulations.
You can choose between numerous thread sizes in our online store. Smaller threads for anchor points such as M8, M10 or M12 are ideal for use with light loads. Larger threads such as M24, M30 or M100, on the other hand, are particularly suitable for lifting heavy loads. Depending on the material of the load and its strength, different minimum thread lengths and sizes are recommended. For example, load materials such as aluminum tend to require larger and longer threads.

All load-bearing parts are crack-tested or test-loaded in accordance with EN 1677
With screwable RUD anchor points, all load-bearing parts, including the screws, are 100% crack-tested or test-loaded

Low overall heights, high dynamic and static strengths
RUD components and chains are designed for a dynamic load of 16,000 load cycles in accordance with DIN EN 818 and 1677. The German Employer's Liability Insurance Association recommends:
"For high dynamic loads with high numbers of load cycles (continuous operation), the load-bearing tension must be reduced."
