LSEA elastic lanyards consist of a band of stiff polyester fibres woven onto an elastic fibre core.
This elastic fibre has elongation properties that allow the lanyard to stretch by a third of its contracted length.
The outer band of polyester fibres woven onto the elastic fibre core gives the elastic lanyard excellent abrasion and cut resistance when it comes into contact with a sharp edge, even in the event of a fall.
LSEA elasticated lanyards have the advantage over standard lanyards of being more compact and therefore more comfortable to wear. Compared to the elastic lanyards currently on the market, which consist of a tubular band with an elasticated
elasticated tape with an elastic material inside the tape, the Tractel LSEA elasticated lanyards offer much greater resistance to ageing (the tape retains its elasticity for much longer) and a much more attractive design.
