Return and Refund Policy for Business Customers

Return Policy & Return Period

As a purely B2B shop (business customers), we do not grant any statutory right of withdrawal or return. Returns of goods are accepted solely on a voluntary basis as a gesture of goodwill and only after prior written agreement with us.

A prerequisite for an approved return is that the goods are in perfect, unused, and resalable condition and are returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Goods that have already been used, installed, or damaged are excluded from return.

The return of custom-made, modified, or order-specific products is generally excluded. Exceptions apply in the case of justified complaints due to defects or incorrect deliveries.

The deadline for requesting a return expires no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The delivery date stated in the shipping confirmation shall be decisive.

Cost Coverage for Returns

The customer shall generally bear the cost of return shipping. Shipments sent carriage forward will not be accepted.

In addition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking and handling fee of up to 30 % of the net value of the goods for approved returns. The exact amount depends on the condition, type, and reusability of the goods.

Return Procedure

The intention to return goods must be communicated in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt to info@glds.de or via our contact form. Returns without prior authorization are not permitted.

After reviewing your request, you will receive written confirmation or rejection of the return. The goods may only be returned after written return authorization has been granted.

A credit note will only be issued after receipt of the goods and successful inspection for completeness and condition. We reserve the right to apply a corresponding reduction in value or to refuse the return in the event of deviations from the agreed condition.
